The working principle of the bag filter dust collector is that the dust-laden airflow enters the cylindrical filter bag from the lower orifice plate. When passing through the pores of the filter material, the dust is collected on the filter material, and the clean gas that penetrates the filter material is discharged from the discharge port. The dust deposited on the filter material can fall off the surface of the filter material under the action of mechanical vibration and fall into the ash hopper.
Working principle of bag filter dust collector
After the dusty gas enters the ash hopper from the air inlet, due to the sudden expansion of the air flow section and the action of the air flow distribution plate, some coarse particles are separated under the action of dynamic and inertial forces and fall into the ash hopper; as the air flow rotates, the fine particles , low-density dust particles enter upward into the upper clean room of the filter bag chamber and are adsorbed on the surface of the filter material. The purified gas is discharged through the exhaust valve at the mouth of the filter bag. Through the filtration and purification process of the filter material, the dust-containing gas is the result of the combined effects of physical, chemical and biological effects. The bag house dust collector is mainly composed of an upper box, a middle box (flower board), an ash removal device, a diversion device, etc.
The functions of each part are as follows:
1. There is a fixed frame or elastic bars in the upper box to support the frame, which also plays the role of separation and protection.
2. There are air inlet ducts, exhaust ducts and air outlet ducts in the middle.
3. There is an injection system in the lower part.
4. The dust cleaning part adopts a divided chamber design, which can average the wind speed so that each chamber can be effectively sprayed. At the same time, the divided chambers can be sprayed one by one or at a scheduled time to achieve the purpose of online spraying.

2. The amount of exhaust gas after entering the vacuum cleaner
3. The width of each blow pipe and the length it can blow
4. Backflush time.
5. Both the air inlet and the air outlet have regulating valves.
6. The access door of this series of equipment adopts a handwheel mechanism with suitable speed.
7. Air-tight design, compact structure and easy maintenance.
8. There is a manhole on the top.
9. Both the air inlet and the air outlet have hoods.
10. The installation method is divided into foot type and ceiling type.
11. Add thermal insulation cotton to all pipe connections.
12. The equipment should be installed horizontally on a concrete foundation or steel structure support.
