Working principle of off line pulse jet bag house filter


The off-line pulse jet baghouse filter operates using an electromagnetic pulse valve, also known as an embedded valve. This valve connects the gas storage tank directly to the injection pipe of the dust collector, enabling the blowing and removal of dust. Each dust collection chamber is equipped with a poppet valve, which is closed during the dust cleaning process, effectively cutting off the supply of water-free and oil-free high-pressure clean air. This allows the dust on the outer surface of the jet filter bag to be filtered and cleaned without re-adsorption.

 

One of the main features of this filter is its offline three-state cleaning method, which involves filtering, cleaning, and static states. By avoiding the phenomenon of dust re-adsorption, the filter effectively removes dust from the air. The key components that influence the efficiency of the baghouse filter include the pulse valve, lifting cylinder, and reversing valve.

 

There are two common structural forms of offline pulse valves used in iron factories for baghouse dust removal. The first type is the lifting cover plate design, where the cylinder is placed vertically, and the off-line valve cover consists of a horizontal circular iron plate connected to the middle shaft and cylinder rod.

 

The second type is the flap design, where the cylinder is placed horizontally, and the off-line valve flap is positioned vertically. A rotating shaft is connected to the middle, and the shaft and cylinder are linked with a tie rod rotating arm.

 

The connection methods between the cylinder and the flap result in different equipment environments. During production and operation, equipment failures can occur, leading to dust emissions exceeding the standards and failing environmental protection tests. Therefore, it is crucial to promptly repair the equipment to maintain its optimal performance.
