Dust Removal Efficiency

The dust removal efficiency of a boiler bag filter is typically measured by the total dust removal efficiency and the graded dust removal efficiency, which can vary among different types of dust collectors.

Resistance of PL Boiler Dust Collector

The resistance of a PL boiler dust collector indicates the energy consumption of the dust collector. Comparisons can be made by converting the resistance under different hot air volumes, flue gas temperatures, and air pressure conditions into the resistance of the boiler under rated operating conditions (e.g., flue gas volume of 1t/h is 3000m3, flue gas temperature at 20℃, and 101.325kpa air pressure).

Ordinary cyclone boiler dust collectors have lower efficiency in both classification and total dust removal. In contrast, ceramic multi-tube dust collectors exhibit higher capture efficiency for dust particles larger than 5μm.

For dust particles smaller than 5μm, the capture efficiency is less than 45%. Wet dust collectors, on the other hand, show high graded dust removal efficiency and total dust removal efficiency, even for particles smaller than 5μm.

Lower dust particles also impact the dust removal efficiency. In terms of resistance, the ceramic multi-tube dust collector has higher resistance compared to the ordinary cyclone dust collector and is similar to a wet dust collector. Additionally, ordinary cyclone dust collectors do not possess desulfurization capabilities, whereas the ceramic multi-tube dust collector can desulfurize the flue gas when equipped with a desulfurization device.

In conclusion, the bag-type pulse jet dust collector offers significant advantages. It allows for the installation of different types of replacement dust collector filter bags based on specific working conditions, saving production costs. Regular replacement of jet dust collector bags ensures optimal filtration efficiency.
