Filter medias used in cement plants

There are two types of dust filters used in cement plants - the style with a metal cell plate and now there are also plastic dust filter cartridges.

The first dust filter bag is less expensive and can be used in places where it is possible to store the cement. The 2nd style dust filter cartridge is more reliable while more expensive.

The dust filter bag is normally white in color and has a see-through housing. When it needs to be replaced, all you do is remove the old one and put the new one into the tool bag. The filter cartridge will feel different so you will know to use it by its feel. If it doesn't have a feel, just use your fingers.

The plastic dust filters cartridge normally look like a bucket, and it tends to have better filtration efficiency and longer working life. The new filter will feel different so you will know to use it by its feel.
