How to install PTFE filter bags?

1. Hold the open end of the PTFE filter bag with your hand while keeping the rest of the dust collector filter bags folded, and push the folded PTFE filter bag into the sleeve to pass through the board. After opening the folded part of the PTFE filter bag under the panel, loosen the top of the PTFE filter bag and place the slotted spring ring on the sleeve of the panel.

2. Let the weight of the PTFE filter bag manufacturer slowly fix, and let the metal ring remove the cover from the top of the PTFE filter bag manufacturer. Install the sleeve into the hole on the board.

3. Hold the slotted spring ring with both hands (do not pull the PTFE filter bag), and press the spring ring with both hands to form it. When the dust removal cloth bag manufacturer installs, while maintaining the shape of the spring ring, the convex side of the rib spring ring is placed on the edge of the hole of the disc. One hand holds one side of the formed spring coil adjusted by the wave crest, and the other hand holds the convex shape near the panel.

4. Fix one side of the convex spring ring with one hand, and slowly stretch the other side of the spring ring with the other hand. Insert the spring ring groove into the hole of the plate with the PTFE filter bag.

5. If the sound of the plate cannot be heard when the spring ring is extended, use the fingers of one hand to push the spring ring into the plate, and the dust removal cloth bag manufacturer installs it so that the groove of the spring ring matches the plate in the hole.

6. Under normal circumstances, you should be able to hear the scream, otherwise the elastic ring will bend again from another position. Lift the spring ring onto the board and repeat the previous installation steps.
