Belt press filter

①The required filter cloth length (including joint length) should be measured correctly.

②When sewing, make sure that the wefts at both ends are overlapped or parallel to prevent the filter cloth from running off during operation. 

③The interface should pay attention to the direction of operation, so as to prevent the scraper from blocking the filter cloth interface and damaging the filter cloth or blocking the advancement of the filter cloth.

Vertical disc filter press (vertical disc machine)

①The selected filter fabric should not be too thick, which is not conducive to sewing when the filter bag is installed on the machine.

②The surface of the selected press filter cloth should not be too smooth, and too smooth is not suitable for the formation of filter cake, which will affect the production efficiency. 

Labor type press filter fabric (vertical belt press filter)

① The filter fabric is required to have a certain thickness and strong tensile strength.

②The joints should ensure that the wefts at both ends are coincident or parallel to prevent the filter cloth from running off during operation.

③The interface should pay attention to the direction of operation, so as to prevent the scraper from blocking the filter cloth interface and damaging the filter cloth or blocking the advancement of the filter cloth.
