Method to check the air leakage rate of single-unit dust collector
1. Oxygen balance method. The oxygen balance method is based on the principle of physical balance to determine the air leakage rate from the change of oxygen content in the airflow at the inlet and outlet of the dust collector. This method is suitable for systems where the oxygen content in the flue gas is different from the oxygen content in the atmosphere.
2. Air volume balance method. The air leakage rate of the bag filter dust collector is expressed as the percentage of the air leakage of the dust collector to the air volume entering the dust collector. The air leakage rate can be obtained by measuring the air volume at the inlet and outlet of the dust collector.
3. Heat balance method. Ignoring the heat loss of the dust collector and pipes, in a unit time, the heat content in the flue gas at the outlet of the dust collector should be equal to the sum of the heat content in the flue gas of the dust collector and the heat content leaked into the air.
(1) Noise control of the sound source of the stand-alone dust collector
The fundamental way to control the noise of a stand-alone dust collector bag filter is to reduce the noise of the sound source. The noise control method of the sound source is:
① Reduce the excitation power of the sound source. One is to reduce the impact and eddy noise caused by aerodynamics; the other is to improve the dynamic balance accuracy of the impeller and shaft of the single-unit dust collector fan to reduce the noise caused by the unbalanced rotation of the single-unit dust collector fan; the third is to provide good lubrication In order to reduce friction; the fourth is the sound source vibration isolation. These methods can all reduce the motivation.
②Reduce the response of noise radiation components in the dust removal system to the excitation force. The first is to change the natural frequency of the resonant component (when the frequency of the excitation force is equal to or close to the natural frequency of a certain component, it will arouse the strong resonance of the component, resulting in intense noise); the second is to use damping materials to increase Energy loss reduces noise radiation.
③ Correct installation, reasonable use and maintenance to prevent abnormal noise.
(2) Protective measures for the receiver
The receiver may be a person or a collection of several people, or a noise sensitive device. Earplugs, earmuffs, or sound insulation walls and sound insulation rooms can be used to control the noise at an allowable level and prevent the noise of a stand-alone dust collector.
(3) Noise control of transmission path
①Radiation of sound source. Use a properly designed sound insulation cover around the noise source or receiver to keep the sound source sealed to prevent or reduce the noise source of the stand-alone dust collector from spreading out.
② Sound absorption. Using the sound absorption principle and using good absorbing materials, the noise of the stand-alone dust collector bag filter is continuously attenuated in the transmission path.
③ Sound reflection. Using the principle of sound reflection and adopting a discontinuous structure, the sound energy is reflected to the sound source and the spread of noise from the stand-alone dust collector is blocked.
