How to choose filter material for air box pulse jet bag filter

The air box pulse dust collector can be divided into three types according to the cleaning method: mechanical vibration, air blowback and pulse injection. Pulse injection can be divided into tube pulse and air box pulse.

According to the pressure of the compressed air used by the pulse valve, it is divided into high pressure pulse and low pressure pulse. At present, small and medium pulse dust collectors use more air box pulses; large bag dust collectors use low pressure pulses more. There are also examples of using mechanical vibration to collect dust on the roof of a small silo.

For the operation control of the air box pulse dust collector, the small and medium-sized equipment mostly use the pulse controller for timing control and cleaning; the large-scale equipment mostly uses the computer controller for the timing program control or the constant pressure program control. At present, the BMC computer control instrument has 8 kinds of control functions, but it is not widely used in engineering.

Filter bag material to choose

(1) The dust filter sleeve of the pulse dust collector should adopt the filter bag material that can adapt to different working conditions, and also pay attention to the processing quality of the needle filter felt.

(2) DE-ashing mechanism required to control equipment resistance.

(3) With complete and reasonable automatic control procedures, the dust removal equipment operates continuously and stably.

The pulse dust collector is based on the inherent physical filtration characteristics of the filter material and the filter-ability of the dust layer attached to the surface of the filter material to intercept the particulate dust in the flue gas. It relies on the fiber density of the filter material in the thickness direction to determine the filtration capacity, and becomes a deep filtration technology. The filter bag material should be selected according to the actual production situation and the working requirements of the filter. The dust filter cloth is the core of the pulse dust collector, which is related to the long-term and long-term use of the dust collector. The forms of filter material failure include irreversible plugging failure, high temperature failure, corrosive failure, and mechanical loss failure.
