YE2/YS Aluminum Housed Motor Characteristics Overview
General purpose aluminum cased motors shall be rated for maximum continuous rating and capable of operating in the S1 operating regime.
S1-Continuous operation system: The motor is operated under constant load for a period of time sufficient to achieve thermal stabilization.
S2-Short-time operating system: the motor is operated under a constant load for a given time, which is not sufficient to achieve thermal stability, followed by power failure, and then stopping rotation for a sufficient time to allow electric cooling to ambient temperature.
In the rated voltage, rated frequency, the use of ambient air temperature does not exceed -15 ° C ~ 40 ° C
The sea wave height does not exceed 1000 meters. Insulation class F, stator winding temperature rise test 80 K. Shell protection: IP54, IP55, IP56.
Cooling method: IC411.
The motors produced by our company are S1 working system. Shell protection without special requirements are produced according to IP54.
Overload coefficient: λ=Tmax /TN
Note:
1、Tmax of three-phase motor is proportional to the square of voltage, so it is very sensitive to the fluctuation of voltage.
2、When working, make sure the load torque TL<Tmax, otherwise the motor will stop or overheat and burn.
